Walkthrough
- 1Talk to Clyde at the entrance for a Fresh Water.
- 2Head west onto the first walkway. Jump onto the first lilypad and ride it west to the next walkway.
- 3Move north and battle the Ace Trainer (Floatzel Lv. 47, Mantine Lv. 47).
- 4Jump onto the lilypad to the right and ride it east. Jump onto the walkway to the north.
- 5Move north and ride the next lilypad east. Jump off and battle the Ace Trainer (Alomomola Lv. 48).
- 6Ride the lilypad south back to the walkway. Move east.
- 7Take the lilypad north to the next walkway.
- 8Follow the walkway, cross the bridge, and take the lilypad near the end. Choose to go east to skip a trainer or south then east to battle the Ace Trainer (Walrein Lv. 48).
- 9If you battled the trainer, take the lilypad south, jump off onto the walkway south, move east, and continue until the walkway heads south. Take the lilypad north.
- 10Head north to find the Ace Trainer (Pelipper Lv. 47, Wailord Lv. 47).
- 11Take the lilypad southwest west. Move west to the next walkway.
- 12Take the lilypad north, north. Move east to the walkway with the Ace Trainer (Golduck Lv. 47, Starmie Lv. 47).
- 13Take the next lilypad south. Jump onto the walkway east and battle the Ace Trainer (Basculin Lv. 46, Basculin Lv. 46, Azumarill Lv. 46).
- 14Ride the lilypad west, then north, then east to reach the northern walkway.
- 15Head north to find Gym Leader Marlon. You can return to the start via lilypad to heal.
- 16Talk to Marlon to begin the Gym Leader battle.
Gym Leader Battle - Marlon:
- Marlon's Pokémon: Carracosta (Lv. 49, Water/Rock), Wailord (Lv. 49, Water), Jellicent (Lv. 51, Water/Ghost).
- Recommended Types: Electric and Grass are super-effective.
- Avoid: Fire, Ground, Rock, Flying, Ice, Bug, Psychic, Ghost, Fighting due to type matchups and specific moves.
- Strategy: Use Grass-types against Carracosta and Electric-types against Wailord and Jellicent. Watch out for Carracosta's Shell Smash, Wailord's Rollout, and Jellicent's Sitrus Berry.
Tips
- Lilypads are used for transport; jump onto them from walkways to float to another.
- You can return to the beginning of the Gym via lilypads to heal your Pokémon.
