Part 107

Fly through the red ring and land on a platform.

Collect the five red coins for a 1-Up (or Tanooki Leaf if small/normal Mario).

Jump into the next cannon, aim at the yellow ring, and fire.

Land on the platform winding around a tower and enter the door.

Watch the cutscene (little scene) to advance the plot.

After the cutscene, you fall to a platform with Bowser. Deaths from this point on send you back here, not the level start.

Run up toward and behind Bowser; he will jump further ahead.

Continue down the platforms, quickly moving off cracked platforms before they fall.

Dodge Spiked Balls thrown by Bowser.

Once you reach the blue cracked platform, Bowser jumps further on.

Run up the stairs and hit the ? Block for a Tanooki Leaf and the brick block for a coin.

Be careful not to stay stationary to avoid Bowser's fireballs.

Run past the blue cracked platforms, dodging fireballs.

Jump onto the tightrope at the top and keep moving forward to avoid fireballs.

Stomp the three Paragoombas and jump off onto the other side.

Bowser will jump directly in front of you.

Run up the side Bowser isn't rolling a barrel down.

As the barrel passes, move to that side to avoid the next one.

When you reach Bowser's platform, he jumps to a blue bridge.

Move onto the bridge and run to the north edge.

Wait for Bowser to shoot a fireball, then run to the south edge to dodge it.

Repeat dodging fireballs by moving between the north and south edges until Bowser has shot three.

Anticipate Bowser's jump and run straight underneath him before he lands.

If you miss, dodge three more fireballs, let him jump back, dodge another three, and run under when he jumps forward again.

Once past Bowser, jump across cracked platforms to the next blue bridge section.

Do not run too far, or Bowser may land on you.

Repeat the fireball dodging and running underneath Bowser sequence.

Bowser will jump back, placing you in a gap between him and pillars.

Jump over Bowser's tail as he spins clockwise to break the three pillars.

Move onto the platform and hit the big black button with the red Bowser face.

After Bowser falls into the lava, run past the sliding blue block.

Begin running up the steps.

Bowser will appear; keep running up the steps, dodging his fast and large purple fireballs.

Jump over the cracked blue platform and up the steps, continuing to dodge fireballs.

Bowser jumps to a nearby platform; stay as far away from him as possible to dodge fireballs.

Jump onto the platform with the first Tanooki Goomba, dodge it, and jump to the platform with the second.

Dodge past the second Tanooki Goomba and jump onto the cracked blue platform.

Jump up to the next platform and onto the cracked platforms.

Bowser jumps to a nearby platform and shoots more fireballs; dodge them.

Jump onto the rubber platform at the end, then onto the platform above, and run right.

Keep running right over cracked platforms until they turn upward.

Follow the platforms up onto the next stable platform, keeping ahead of Bowser.

Jump up the last set of cracked platforms to the next stable platform at top speed.

Immediately run as fast as you can onto the blue bridge.

Bowser jumps onto your previous platform and chases you.

Run and jump over the evenly spaced brick block obstacles on the bridge.

Time your jumps to clear each obstacle; getting slowed down allows Bowser to catch up.

At the end of the platform, hit the big black button again.

The bridge breaks, sending Bowser into the lava.

Move along the path and up the steps to the left of the Goal Pole.

Take a running jump off the right edge of the final step onto the top of the Goal Pole.

Any subsequent plays of this level will feature the hard version of the boss battle.
