World 2, Special World 5: Defeat the two Tanooki Goombas jumping from the north-west and north-east. Grab the Star Coin, then the Tanooki Leaf from the north side, followed by scattered coins.

World 4, Special World 5 (1): Defeat the Piranha Plant to the north and Tanooki Goombas to the north-east and north-west. A Star Coin will appear; collect it and other coins before time runs out.

World 4, Special World 5 (2): Stomp the Goomba, then the Piranha Plant to its right. A Star Coin and other coins will fall; collect them.

World 4, Special World 5 (3): Defeat the two stacks of two Goombas. A Star Coin appears. Collect the Fire Flower on the north side if needed, then collect scattered coins.

World 6 (1): Defeat the three Biddybuds moving east to west. Grab the Star Coin, then the Fire Flower from the north-west, and the Super Mushroom from the center. Collect scattered coins.

World 6 (2): Defeat both stacks of two Goombas. A Star Coin appears; collect it and scattered coins.

World 6, Special World 7 (1): Defeat the three Venus Fire Traps to your north, avoiding their fireballs. A Star Coin will appear; collect it and scattered coins.

Special World 1: Defeat the Hammer Bro. to your north-east. Grab the appearing Star Coin, then the Boomerang Flower to the west of the Hammer Bro.'s original spot. Collect scattered coins.

Special World 3: Defeat the Boomerang Bro. throwing boomerangs from the north-west. Grab the appearing Star Coin, then the Boomerang Flower in the north-east corner. Collect scattered coins.

Special World 5 (1): Defeat the Boomerang Bro. and Hammer Bro. to your north. Collect the appearing Star Coin, then scattered coins.

Special World 7 (1): Defeat the Boomerang Bro. and Hammer Bro. to your north. Collect the appearing Star Coin, then the Boomerang Flower located between them. Collect scattered coins.

Special World 7 (2): Boom Boom appears in the center.
