From the main platform, hit the right ? Block for a coin and the left ? Block for a Propeller Box.

Jump onto the ridge at the far edge and use the Propeller Box to propel yourself north towards a rubber platform.

Bounce off the rubber platform and propel yourself to the next rubber platform to the north-east, collecting coins as you descend.

Star Coin Alert! #2: Bounce off the current rubber platform and fall to your left. Time your jump to be under the Star Coin when you propel yourself up, grab it, and hover to the platform on your left.

Bounce off that rubber platform, propel yourself up, and move north onto the platform.

The ? Block there contains a Propeller Box.

Propel yourself up and above the two Giant Tanooki Goombas, then fall onto them. The second one drops a Tanooki Leaf.

Use the shadow of the Flying ? Block to judge your position, then propel yourself up and hit its bottom for a 1-up.

Tail spin the brick block at the far left corner of the platform to reveal a crank. Tail spin the crank until you reach the platform above.

Jump onto the platform, collect the Green Clock, and hit the P-Switch.

Jump and propel yourself off the north edge and fall through five yellow rings, hovering to adjust your trajectory.

Bounce off the rubber platform at the bottom and hover to the grass platform with the P-Switch on your left.

Land on the P-Switch and walk off the right side of the platform, holding right to collect the appearing rainbow notes.

At the bottom of the notes, propel yourself up to grab the last few. If you miss, you can fall to the wooden platform below, but may not have enough time for the notes. This section may take multiple tries.

After collecting the last note, fall to the grass platform below and grab the Tanooki Leaf that floats down.

Star Coin Alert! #3: From the grass platform, jump and propel yourself north-west to the rubber platform. When above the Star Coin, drop down to grab it, then immediately start hovering again and move to the rubber platform you were originally aiming for.

Bounce off the rubber platform and propel yourself north-east.

Hover until over the first Para-Biddybud, then drop down on top of it.

Propel yourself up and hover over the next Para-Biddybud, repeating this until you have hit all six, with the last one above the Goal Pole. This grants two 1-Ups.

Drop onto the top of the Goal Pole for another 1-Up.

Having a Propeller Box when reaching the Goal Pole grants an additional 1-Up, for a total of four new 1-Ups.

Hit the brick block at the bottom platform and start climbing the stairs.

Stomp the Dry Bones and hit the middle ? Block for a coin.

Jump to the small step north-west and ground pound the two brick blocks there for a coin each.

Jump directly north onto the platforms floating south-west across the lava.

Run north-west, jumping over the Pole 'n' Chain as needed until you reach the other end.

Wait on the edge of the last platform for the next one to appear, then run onto it and hit the two brick blocks (one coin each) and the ? Block (Fire Flower).

Grab the Fire Flower and jump onto the line of platforms moving north-east, following them and grabbing coins.

At the end, jump onto the line of platforms floating south-west. Be careful as both the jumping from and to platforms sink quickly under the lava.

Run north-east, watching for Dry Bones from the Baddie Box.

Jump onto the platform on your north. Let the wooden platform being pushed up by the lava geyser fall back down, then jump on.

Stomp the Dry Bones on it and jump to the other side.

Stomp the Draglet, dodging its fireballs.

Move to the back wall and hit the two leftmost brick blocks for coins.

Hit the farthest right brick block multiple times for coins.

Leave the last two brick blocks, jump up onto them, and then off them.

There are two invisible ? Blocks containing a coin and a 1-Up. Collect the 1-Up.
