Head south to the marker on the minimap. Go to the tavern and head inside.
Try arm wrestling
Walk up to the armwrestler sitting at the table. Look at him with Triangle / Y / E and press Triangle / Y / E to challenge him. To win the arm wrestling game, you need to mash the Square / X / Left Click button to fill the red meter. After reaching certain points, you will need to press X / A / Enter in a quick time event (QTE) during the open window shown on screen. Once the meter is filled red, you will win the contest.
