Podium of Resolve Walkthrough

Follow the Crimson Desert Podium of Resolve walkthrough to obtain Jian's Sword after listening to Torstein's speech in Chapter 7.

Podium of Resolve is the 89th main mission in Crimson Desert, found in the Hernand region during Chapter 7 – Homecoming, Sub-Chapter Dawn Mist. You must have finished the previous main quest, Rekindled Hope, to begin. There are no rewards for completing this quest.

The quest involves the following objectives:

1. Wait for the right time / Speak with Torstein
2. Listen to Torstein’s speech
3. Obtain Jian’s Sword

To start, return to Beighen Village and speak with the Blue Fangs guard. If the objective is “Wait for the right time,” you can skip time by holding the Options-Button and selecting “Wait” until 10:00 PM. If you arrive at 10:00 PM, this step is skipped. Enter the house behind the guards to trigger a cutscene.

Next, walk to Torstein in the yard where his men are gathered for another cutscene.

Finally, go back to the underground tunnel via the trapdoor in the hut. At the end of the tunnel, enter the crypt through the door. Approaching the altar within the crypt will trigger a cutscene, concluding the Podium of Resolve mission.
