Peace in Hernand is the 162nd main mission in Crimson Desert, located in the Epilogue – Journey’s End chapter. To start this quest, you must have finished the main quest A New Beginning. There are no rewards for completing this mission.

2. Speak with Marshal Middler

To visit Hernand, you can fast travel to the town. Once in Hernand Town, Marshal Middler can be found standing outside on the west side of town. Talk to him to complete the mission.
