Tips
- Against the first Team Skull Grunt's Fomantis (Level 44), use anything not weak to Grass-types.
- Against the second group of Team Skull Grunts, use Ground-types against Salandit, Psychic or Electric-types against Mareanie, Dark, Ghost, or Psychic-types against Haunter (beware of Ghost/Dark moves), Electric, Rock, Ice, or Psychic-types against Golbat, and Fighting, Fairy, or Bug-types against Alolan Raticate.
- Against Hapu's Alolan Dugtrio (Level 47), use Water, Fire, Fighting, or Steel-types. Be wary of Fire and Steel-types.
- Against Hapu's Flygon (Level 47), use Ice-type moves as they are highly effective. Fairy and Dragon-types are also effective.
- Against Hapu's Gastrodon (Level 47), Grass-types are extremely effective. Electric-types are immune.
- Against Hapu's Mudsdale (Level 48), use special attackers that resist or are immune to Ground-type moves.
