Follow our Pokémon Sun and Moon guide to traverse Route 7, find hidden items like Net Ball and Zygarde Cell, and battle trainers like Swimmer Vanessa.
Walkthrough
- 1From the area signpost, head east towards the route signpost, then descend the slope to the sandy beach.
- 2Run south along the beach. Use Stoutland's sniff ability to find a buried Net Ball at the far end.
- 3Call Lapras and paddle east from the shore. A trainer, Swimmer Dakota (Surskit Lv. 19, Dewpider Lv. 19), is located swimming around a rock.
- 4After the battle, head north between the shore and an island. Land on the north-west shore.
- 5Follow the shore south and search a larger rock for a Pearl.
- 6Run back and grab the Zygarde Cell (23) by the cliff and rock corner.
- 7Head north cautiously towards six small dens where Pokémon move between them. Time your movement to pass through without encountering Pokémon, or stay to the east or west sides.
- 8On the other side, go up the slope by the cliff face to find a Max Repel.
- 9Back on the northern shore, paddle north-east from the slope to encounter Swimmer Tiare (Alomomola Lv. 19).
- 10Swim east towards a trio of rocks with a fishing spot.
- 11Head south-east. Midway between the rocks and the next island, you'll find Swimmer Casey (Mareanie Lv. 19).
- 12Continue south-east and pick up the submerged Antidote on the east side.
- 13Further south, disembark on a shore to face Swimmer Vanessa (Shellder Lv. 18, Corsola Lv. 19).
- 14After the battle, stroll south past Vanessa. At the fishing spot in the middle, follow it around to find TM73 Thunder Wave north of the rocks.
- 15Continue south-west to leave the island back to the main shore.
