Poni Meadow is located north of Poni Plains. From the entrance, head north through the tall grass towards an Ace Trainer. You can fish in the pond or find a photo spot to the west. Continue north-east towards a slope leading west. Before the slope, find a shimmering spot with Purple Nectar. At the top of the slope, another Purple Nectar spot is ahead. Head south, then cross tree branches east to get a Honey. Return to the Purple Nectar spot and head north. After passing under tree branches, proceed east across more tree branches. On the other side, go south to find TM50 Overheat. Continue north through the tall grass, then west across tree branches. Jump over two ledges. To the east of the second ledge, find Zygarde Cell (88). Jump over the final ledge and return to the north side before the ledges. Head west past the ledge; the exit to Resolution Cave is in the far north-west corner. Before entering, go south and walk west across tree branches from the ledges to find a Power Herb.
Resolution Cave is a short dungeon with useful items. Start by heading west and using Mudsdale to cross the rocky path. At the pillar, continue west or go south. To the west of the pillar, under the overpass, find TM26 Earthquake. Head back to the pillar and go south to find Backpacker Maria. She uses an Emolga (Level 57), weak to Ice and Rock.
West of Maria, follow the narrow path. Go south under the overpass to emerge on a ledge with a Terrain Extender. Return to Maria's location and head south. Smash rocks to the left with Tauros to find Hiker Travis. He has an Alolan Dugtrio (Level 56) and a Mudsdale (Level 57). Alolan Dugtrio are fast and hit hard but aren't durable. Mudsdale is sturdy but slow.
Head east to find a cave leading deeper. If it's daytime, a Zygarde Cell (89) is east of the entrance. Downstairs, head north. Before the slope, if it's nighttime, a Zygarde Cell (90) is east of the tunnel. Climb the slope to the cave's endpoint and pick up Zygarde Cell (91) from the raised area. Return to the base of the slope. From here, you can go north-west, north-east, south-east, and south-west, each path leading to a single item. In the north-west corner, find an Adrenaline Orb.
