Learn how to reach Level 100 and farm Bottle Caps efficiently in Pokémon Sun and Moon with our Hyper Training guide, including Festival Plaza tricks.

Reaching Level 100 in Pokémon Sun and Moon can be a challenge, especially with the absence of Blissey Bases. This guide covers the best methods for gaining experience and obtaining Bottle Caps for Hyper Training.

Fast Leveling Tips:

1. Pokemon League: After becoming Champion, the Elite Four and Title Challengers offer the highest average Pokemon levels (around 63), providing the most experience per run.
2. Festival Plaza Rare Kitchens: Obtain two 5-Star Rare Kitchens in Festival Plaza. Feed a Pokemon a Rare Dinner (boosts by 7 levels, costs 200 FC) from both, then a Rare Buffet (boosts by 9 levels, costs 200 FC) from both. This can take a Pokemon from Level 66 to 98 quickly.
3. Rare Candies: After reaching Level 98 via Rare Kitchens, use two Rare Candies to reach Level 100.

Bottle Cap Farming:

1. Guaranteed Bottle Cap via Festival Plaza:
• Reach Festival Plaza Rank 8.
• Scout for a guest recommending a 2-Star Treasure Hunt. If you have one, demolish it to make space. Make the guest a VIP.
• Request the 2-Star Treasure Hunt from the VIP (costs 100 FC).
• Visit the 2-Star Treasure Hunt and request a lottery ticket. You are guaranteed the 2nd prize, a Bottle Cap.
• Find a guest with any 1-Star facility you don't have and request it (costs 50 FC). Replace the 2-Star Treasure Hunt with this 1-Star facility.
• Speak to your VIP again and request the 2-Star Treasure Hunt, overwriting the 1-Star facility.
• Repeat the process of building the 2-Star Treasure Hunt to get a Bottle Cap for a total of 150 FC per Bottle Cap.
2. Other Methods (Tedious/Luck-Based):
• Magerna QR Code (1 Bottle Cap).
• Defeating Mina at the Poni Gauntlet (1 Bottle Cap).

Note: While Hyper Training was intended to make things easier, obtaining Bottle Caps can be a tedious process. The Festival Plaza method is the most consistent way to farm them.
