Walkthrough
  1. 1
Immediately upon entering Route 14, search west for a Pearl.
  2. 2
Call Lapras and paddle south to the far platform.
  3. 3
Go up the stairs and collect TM30 Shadow Ball from the ruins.
  4. 4
Paddle east from the base of the stairs.
  5. 5
Battle Swimmer Keoni (Level 31 Pyukumuku). Use special moves like Grass or Electric types. Be wary of Innards Out.
  6. 6
Paddle north-east back to dry land.
  7. 7
Battle Fisherman Hisato (Level 30 Feebas, Level 31 Gyarados). Use Electric-type moves against Gyarados.
  8. 8
North from Hisato and southeast from the entrance, if it is night, retrieve a Zygarde Cell (50) from the rubble of the collapsed road.
  9. 9
Head to where the collapsed road meets the shore and climb up.
  10. 10
Follow the broken road east, grabbing the Max Potion below the side of the hill.
  11. 11
Head down the slope back to the shore.
  12. 12
Battle Collector Kawika (Level 30 Togedemaru, Level 31 Gabite). Togedemaru is weak to Ground, Fire, and Fighting. Gabite is weak to Ice, Fairy, and Dragon.
  13. 13
Search the rubble west from the base of the slope for a hidden Big Pearl.
  14. 14
    Continue east from the slope.
  15. 15
Follow the edge of the shore, past the collapsed road, to find another Zygarde Cell (51) in the far corner.
  16. 16
Return to the captain's gates and head through them.
  17. 17
Speak with Acerola, who will explain the trial.
  18. 18
Enter the supermarket to the north-east to begin Acerola's Ghost-type trial.

  • For Gyarados, Electric-type attacks are highly effective.
