From the Paniola Town entrance, head north on the dirt road. You'll pass a waving person and then a Pokémon trainer.

Continue north-east to find the entrance to Paniola Ranch. A farmer will escort you inside, where you'll meet Captain Mallow and receive the Stoutland Search ability for your Ride Pager.

Use Stoutland Search:

Head right of the trough above Miltanks to find a hidden Moomoo Milk.

Direct Stoutland south-west towards the pond to find Fresh Water near grazing Tauros.

Interact with the Tauros to battle Pokémon Breeder Wesley (Level 15 Tauros).

After the battle, you'll receive a Scope Lens.

Continue east from the pond. Near two cylindrical grass stacks, use Stoutland to find a hidden Repel to the right of the stacks.

Head east towards the female breeder and Miltank. Speak to her to receive 5 Adrenaline Orbs.

Exit the ranch south-east. Head south from the entrance, find a ramp, and enter the tall grass to its right. Travel east until you find a corner with no tall grass.

On the fence in this corner, find Totem Sticker #027.

Head south a few paces into the tall grass. Above a trainer tips sign, find a hidden Soda Pop.

Continue south-west through the tall grass to a broad area with more grass to the west and a second ramp to the east.

Head north-west to the first ramp, where Pokémon Breeder Glenn (Level 15 Mudbray) is patrolling.

South of the first ramp, find a hidden Super Repel in the tall grass. Position yourself carefully to find it.

Carry on west and pick up the visible Paralyze Heal in the corner below the tall grass.

Head east back towards the trainer tips sign and dash over the ramp to its right.

Step into the thick tall grass ahead and travel north. You'll emerge in front of the Pokémon Nursery.

Before entering the nursery, head south from the breeder and Miltank outside into a small pen. Search the left side to find a hidden X Sp. Def.

Inside the nursery, speak to the breeder on the far left to receive TM10 Hidden Power.

Tips

When using Stoutland Search, move at normal speed and occasionally hold B while doing a 360 to check for nearby items.
Against Madame Elizabeth's Carbink (Level 15 Rock/Fairy), Steel-types are highly effective. Grass, Water, and Ground-types are also good. Avoid Fire, Ice, Flying, Fighting, Dark, and Dragon-types.
Against Pokémon Breeder Wesley's Tauros (Level 15 Normal), Fighting-types are effective. Your evolved starter Pokémon should also be strong enough.
Against Pokémon Breeder Glenn's Mudbray (Level 15 Ground), Water, Grass, and Ice-types are effective. Flying-types are immune to Ground-type moves.
To avoid battles, be aware of where trainers can see you, especially Breeder Glenn near the ramp.
