Tips for Farming (and Spending) FC

Learn how to farm FC fast in Pokémon USUM using the Battle Agency and get unlimited Bottle Caps with the 2-Star Treasure Hunt facility.

FC (Festival Coins) is essential in Festival Plaza for using facilities, ranking up, and unlocking more facilities in Pokémon USUM. The fastest way to earn FC is by using the Battle Agency; winning all three battles in a round yields significant FC, with more awarded as your grade increases. Even losing rounds still grants FC, and you don't need to raise your own Pokémon. Additionally, talking to trainers before Wonder Trading them provides a good amount of FC.

While many Festival Plaza facilities like Bouncy Houses, Restaurants, Lotteries, and Haunted Houses offer limited necessity, the 5-star Rare Kitchen is highly valuable for hardcore players aiming for Hyper Training. This facility significantly speeds up leveling Pokémon to 100. After becoming Champion and reaching Plaza Rank 30, the 5-star Rare Kitchen offers two dishes: Rare Dinner (costs 100 FC, increases level by 7 for Pokémon Level 79 or lower) and Rare Buffet (costs 300 FC, increases level by 9 for Pokémon Level 89 or lower). Investing in two 5-star Rare Kitchens allows a Level 66 Pokémon to reach Level 98 with two Rare Dinners and two Rare Buffets. Acquiring a 5-star Rare Kitchen is random; if Sophocles doesn't offer one upon ranking up, you must buy it from encountered trainers.

Another crucial facility is the 2-star Treasure Hunt. The first visit guarantees a rare Bottle Cap, essential for Hyper Training. To farm Bottle Caps, find a guest with a 2-star Treasure Hunt (or arrange one online) and VIP them. Ensure you don't already have a 2-star Treasure Hunt; if you do, replace it. Request the VIP to build the 2-star Treasure Hunt, costing 100 FC. After building it, visit for the guaranteed Bottle Cap. Then, find a guest with a 1-star facility not in your plaza and replace the 2-star Treasure Hunt with it for 50 FC. Return to the VIP with the 2-star Treasure Hunt and repeat the process for unlimited Bottle Caps, potentially acquiring 6 Bottle Caps faster than one Gold Bottle Cap.
