Alright, so you've made it to Exeggutor Island in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon! Unlike the last time, you'll be tackling this place solo. It's a pretty straightforward area, but there are a few hidden goodies and a key item to grab. Let's get this done!

Walkthrough

    As soon as you arrive, you'll see three Alolan Exeggutor chilling in the grassy area to your west. Go up to each of them and give them a little poke with the A button. This will trigger some wild Bug-type Pokémon, specifically Pinsir, to attack you. You can either fight them off or catch them – your choice!

    Once you've dealt with the Pinsir, the Exeggutor you poked last will move north. Follow it! Keep an eye out for an alcove on your left; inside, you'll find a hidden Big Pearl. Grab it!

    Continue following the path, squeezing past the Exeggutor, and head all the way around to the back of the island. There's a Revive waiting for you back there. Don't miss it!

    Now, head back to the Exeggutor you were following and give it another friendly poke. In thanks for clearing out those Pinsir, it'll give you a boost up to higher ground.

    Once you're up there, call out your Tauros. You'll need to charge through some rocks blocking the path to the north-east. After clearing the way, look around in the foliage to the north for a hidden PP Up.

    Next, make your way to the easternmost slope and head down. At the bottom, you'll find a somewhat hidden rock. Use Tauros to smash through it, and underneath, you'll find Totem Sticker #099. Fun fact: this is the last sticker you'll find until you've finished the main game!

    From where you smashed the rock, head north-west and then up the slope to reach the top of the hill.

    Right in front of you, there's a pedestal. On it sits either the Sun Flute (if you're playing Ultra Sun) or the Moon Flute (if you're playing Ultra Moon). Just walk up to the pedestal and grab the flute to complete your objective here.

    After grabbing the flute, you'll be automatically sent back to Seafolk Village. From there, it's time to head to Vast Poni Canyon for your next adventure.
Tips
  • The Pokémon encounters on Exeggutor Island are pretty varied. You've got a good chance of running into Tropius, Exeggcute (Alolan), Pelipper, Exeggutor (Alolan), Gastrodon, and Pinsir in the grass. Keep an eye out for Sliggoo and Castform if it's raining, as they can appear via SOS calls.
