Alright, so you've stumbled upon the Tax on the Cupid Nemesis battle, huh? This one's a bit of a head-scratcher, pitting Khint and Profiteur against you. It's another one of those remixed Asterisk holder fights that'll really make you think!

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Level: 30
• HP: 54000
• Weak to: Nothing

Phases:

1. Khint and Profiteur are present. Profiteur uses Large BP Drink on Khint each turn. Khint uses Sword Magic (Poison, Sleep, Silence, Death) and attacks multiple times.
2. If either boss drops below half HP, Khint will Depart.
3. After Khint Departs, Profiteur uses Large BP Drink on himself and then Braves to use Takeover twice, becoming immobile every other turn.

Strategy:

• Focus Profiteur: Your main damage should be directed at Profiteur. Any hits on Khint are essentially wasted since he'll be dealt with differently.
• Handle Khint's Buffs: Khint's Sword Magic can be a real pain, especially the Death spell. You have a couple of options here:
  • Dispel: A White Mage's Dispel ability can remove Khint's Sword Magic buffs before he unleashes his multi-hit attacks.
  • Safety Rings: If you're worried about Khint outspeeding your Dispel user, equip Safety Rings. You can find these in Starkfort and the Underflow, and they'll protect your party from instant-death ailments.
• Dealing with Khint's Attacks: Khint will use Sword Magic to buff himself, then attack multiple times with the BP Profiteur gives him. This can lead to devastating combos if you're not prepared.
• After Khint Departs: Once Khint is no longer in the fight, Profiteur will start buffing himself with Large BP Drink and then Brave. He'll use Takeover twice in a row, which leaves him vulnerable and immobile on alternating turns. This is your prime opportunity to unload damage on him.
