Sub-Scenario: Salve-maker Asterisk

Phases:

1. Qada starts by using Poison Hi-Potion, which deals 1000 damage and inflicts Poison. Make sure your party's HP is always above 1000 and use group-cast Cura to keep everyone healthy.
2. He'll then use Water of Life to grant himself Regen, healing him each turn. You'll need to use Dispel (available from Hartschild, requiring a Level 9 White Mage) to remove this buff.
3. The most dangerous move is Dark Breath. This attack deals damage equal to Qada's missing HP. Once he's taken about 2000 damage, this attack becomes an instant KO. If a party member falls, immediately use a Phoenix Down or cast Raise to bring them back.
4. Qada will sometimes Default, and he'll also attack up to three times before dropping to -1 BP. Use these moments when he's immobile to heal your party and prepare your offense. Don't bother Defaulting yourself to reduce damage; it's better for saving up BP.

Strategy:

• Always keep your party's HP above 1000 to survive his Poison Hi-Potion and mitigate Dark Breath.
• Be ready to Dispel his Regen from Water of Life.
• Have Phoenix Downs or Raise ready for instant KOs from Dark Breath.
• When Qada Defaults or has -1 BP, use that opportunity to heal and attack.
• Conserve BP for revives and healing rather than using it to defend.
