Your guide to finishing the Spellbound quest in Dragon's Dogma 2. Learn how to stop Trysha, find Grimoires, and claim your rewards.
Walkthrough
- 1First things first, head over to Eini's Home. Once you're there, chat with Trysha and hand over all five of the Grimoires you've collected. She'll then ask you to wait a few days while she works on her magic.
- 2Feel free to wander off a bit. There's a Campsite not too far up the road from Eini's place. Use it to rest for three full mornings. This will pass the time and move the quest along.
- 3After your rest, head back down the road towards the house. You'll find Trysha is having a bit of a magical meltdown, casting spells all over the place, even at her grandparents! Your main job now is to calm her down.
- 4You have a few options to stop Trysha:
- Use the 'Spellbound' skill: If you're playing as a Mage, this is your best bet. It's designed to counter her wild magic.
- 5Let her stamina run out: If you don't have 'Spellbound', you'll need to play keep-away. Run around, forcing her to chase you and teleport, which will drain her energy.
- 6Kill her: This is a last resort and not recommended, as it might have negative consequences for the quest.
- 7Once Trysha is exhausted or you've used 'Spellbound', run up to her and use the grab button on your controller to tackle her. This should knock her out safely, giving her a few days to recover and allowing the quest to progress.
- 8With Trysha unconscious, you'll need to wait a bit longer. Head back to that nearby Campsite and rest for another three mornings.
- 9After the second rest period, return to Eini's Home. Trysha should be awake and much calmer now. Speak with her to complete the quest and receive your rewards.
- 3000 G
- Cast Stone (Staff)
