If, for some reason, the Ornate Box isn't there, don't sweat it. You can still convince her by physically picking Disa up and carrying her to Sven's room. Be warned, though: she might try to escape while you're carrying her. Just keep picking her up until you get her to Sven's room. He's in his chambers on the upper floor of the castle, in the far northwestern room.
