Walkthrough
- 1After completing the Halls of the First Dawn quest, a new pillar of light will appear in the center of Seafloor Shrine.
- 2Head to the pillar of light and use your Empowered Godsway to activate it. This triggers a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) that ends with you sitting atop the dragon.
- 3You regain control while the credits roll. Walk toward the glowing light at the center of the dragon, avoiding red spikes and other attacks.
- 4You will be thrown to the back of the dragon. Continue forward between the spikes while being chased by the brine from behind.
- 5When you get past the spikes, the dragon will start spewing flames. Wait behind the dragon's spikes for cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) until the flames dissipate.
- 6Proceed toward the center of the dragon, avoiding the brine, until a cutscene plays, ending the dragon and the quest with help from your pawn.
- 7After the credits, you will be back at the main title screen with the option to “Restart game with current level and equipment”, which starts New Game Plus.
What Carries Over to New Game Plus:
- Appearance changes for you and your pawn (including race) are free.
- All unlocked Vocations, Ranks, and Skills are kept. You can change your Vocation at Borderwatch Outpost after sleeping at the inn and speaking to the Vocation Trainer.
- Your character level remains the same.
- Portcrystals are kept, but their locations reset to storage.
- Seeker’s Tokens and Golden Trove Beetles carry over.
- Some shops will sell higher-level equipment and items.
- New equipment and items can be found in the world.
