• Magic is Key: Surtr is strong against physical attacks, so focus on multi-hit magic spells like Absolute Zero or Shockwave.
• Buffs and Debuffs: Surtr uses De-Kunda frequently, so randomizer buffs won't stick. You'll need to reapply buffs like Maka-Kaja yourself. Spells like Makala-karn and Tetra-karn are super useful for keeping your party alive against his heavy damage.
