After Mithra's demise, you'll find yourself on the 6th floor of the central tower. Take the elevator up and prepare to witness a pivotal conversation between Hikawa and Yuko. Hikawa is laying out his philosophy, arguing that the old world's 'freedom' was merely a mask for greed, leading to its destruction. He challenges Yuko's beliefs, questioning her motivations for wanting to create a new world and her inability to find a Kotowari, attributing it to her constant running from her problems.

Yuko is clearly shaken by Hikawa's words, and Aradia intervenes, pointing out that Hikawa's desire for Shijima is also a form of freedom. Hikawa, unimpressed, dismisses Aradia as an 'abnormal god' and reveals his plan to summon his Guardian using a massive store of Magatsuhi. Aradia attempts to convince Yuko to leave with him for a new land, but she refuses, determined to stop Hikawa to save both the old and new worlds. Aradia departs, leaving Yuko to face Hikawa alone. Hikawa expresses pity for Yuko, calling her a pawn of a false god, and urges her to become a sacrifice to fulfill her role as this area is about to be obliterated.
