You'll see Isamu say his goodbyes to Hijiri, who wishes him luck. Isamu then jumps into the pool, and bam! He's instantly vaporized into a massive glob of Magatsuhi. It's a pretty intense visual, but it's all part of his plan.

Right after that, Isamu tells you that his guardian is on its way from the Amara beyond the Network. This guardian is pretty special – it's been cut off from time and has even lost its own name. Isamu decides to name this god of absolute solitude 'Noah', and calls it forth. Then, in a dramatic fusion, Isamu merges with Noah. He's super proud, boasting about how this new god will help him create a world free from interference, a truly joyful place. After that, Isamu and Noah vanish.

As you make your way out of the Amara Shrine, things aren't quite over. A Power and a Dominion suddenly appear. They quickly realize that a new 'Kotowari' (a set of principles or a new order) has been established. The Dominion isn't too worried, though, mentioning that Chiaki is also on the move and that the 'God of Yosuga' will show up in Asakusa soon.
