You'll find this page just outside a bandit camp. Head to the northern part of the Feldcroft Region, and you should spot the camp. The page is right there, waiting for you.

This one requires a bit of elevation. You'll need to fly up or climb to a tower ledge near a crane. Look for the left side of the roof. It can be a bit tricky to spot, so don't forget to use Revelio!
