    After completing 'In the Shadow of Hope', you will receive a notification from Ominis Gaunt.

How to Beat Solomon Sallow: Boss Fight

  1. Focus most of your attacks on Solomon Sallow. Triggering a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) by depleting his health ends the fight, regardless of remaining Inferi.
  2. Do not completely ignore the Inferni; use them to your advantage.
  3. If you have Transformation Mastery, turn Inferni into explosive barrels and throw them at Solomon. This spell does not work on Solomon himself.
  4. Recommended spells include: Incendio/Confringo, Diffindo, Levioso, and the Transformation Spell. Expelliarmus, Imperio, and Crucio are also effective.
  5. Launch throwable items from the environment at Solomon for additional damage.
