You'll start in a room with a locked door that has two moth spinners on either side. First things first, cast Revelio to spot the four Accio levers scattered around. The moths you need are hiding behind walls, right under these levers. Look closely at the walls; they'll show you the symbols you need to match with the levers.

Now, hit the levers on the left side of the room with Accio. This should open up the first door. Once it's open, use Lumos to grab one of the moths and guide it over to one of the spinners.

Next, use Accio on the lower right handle and the left handle that has a circle beneath it. This will reveal the second moth. Use Lumos again to bring this moth to the second pedestal.

With both moths in place, hit them with Depulso until they stop spinning. This will open the next door. Before you head through, use Lumos to grab both moths back and bring them with you into the next room.

In this new room, you'll see two more moth spinners. Place the moths you brought with you onto these spinners. Again, use Depulso on them until they stop spinning to open the door.

A bridge will rise from the water, and you'll spot a third moth in the water below it. Use Lumos to collect the two moths from the spinners and then grab the new one from the water.

Bring all three moths to the door to open it. Shortly after, you'll run into some Great Spined Dugbogs. Take them out!

After the fight, head into the water and dive into the whirlpool.

You'll pop out in a room with a giant tree. Get out of the water and follow the path. You'll come across some vines blocking your way; blast them with Confringo or Incendio. Keep following the path up towards the tree.

You've found the Moonstone! Now, head back outside. The Moonstone will be placed in a stone, and some Mooncalfs will show up to do their dance. Just wait until the next day, and you'll get an owl from Poppy to start the next quest, "It's in The Stars."

Tips

Don't forget to use Revelio early on to make spotting those levers and hidden moths much easier.
Make sure you have both Confringo and Incendio unlocked for clearing vines, though either will work.
Keep an eye on your spells; you'll be using Accio, Lumos, and Depulso quite a bit for these puzzles.
