Hogwarts Legacy: Find Biscuit The Mooncalf

Alright, so you've finished 'Astronomy Class' and Garnuff's got a bit of a problem. His Mooncalf, Biscuit, has been nabbed by some poachers! He's too worried to go himself, so he's counting on you to get Biscuit back. Let's go rescue that little guy!

Walkthrough

First things first, you'll want to fast travel to the East North Ford Bog Floo Flame. From there, head northeast. You're looking for a small bandit camp.

When you get to the camp, you'll run into a bunch of poachers. They've got different colored shields, so you'll need to use the right spells to break them. Remember: Red shields mean Damage Spells, Purple shields need Force Spells, and Yellow shields are vulnerable to Control Spells.

It's best to focus on one enemy at a time until they're down. Trying to juggle too many will just make things harder. Keep an eye out for a yellow circle around your head – that's your cue to use Protego, which will let you follow up with Stupefy to stun them. This gives you a breather to heal or finish them off.

Once all the poachers are dealt with, make your way to the large cage nearby. It has a Level 1 lock on it, so you'll need Alohomora (you should have this from 'The Caretaker's Lunar Lament' main quest). If you need a refresher on how to pick locks, there's a guide for that!

After you unlock the cage, all the Mooncalfs will scatter. You need to find the one specifically named Biscuit. Hover over them until you spot him, then use Levioso to slow him down.

Finally, use the Nab-Sack to rescue Biscuit. Once he's safe, head back to Garnuff in Hogsmeade to complete the quest.

Tips

Make sure you're using the correct spell to counter each shield color. Switching spells too often can leave you vulnerable.
Don't forget to use Protego and Stupefy to stun enemies; it's a lifesaver when you're outnumbered.
