You'll find yourself in the One-Eyed Witch Passage. Your first task here is to find a broken elevator. Aim at it and cast Reparo. Once it's fixed, hop in and pull the lever to head down. Keep following the path until you hit a wall of webs. Blast it with Incendio and take a few more steps until you reach a platform.
This next part is a bit of a platforming challenge. You'll need to use Levioso to lift the first platform and jump across. For the second platform, you'll need to use Reparo first, then Levioso to lift it so you can jump. After that, you'll encounter another wall of webs – zap it with Incendio before making one final jump across a gap.
Keep following the path until you step on a Pressure Plate, which will open a door. Climb up the ladder, and you'll finally be in Honeydukes! Grab the Billywig Stings from the table near the stairs. With those in hand, head back to Garreth to wrap up this quest.
