First things first, you need to make your way to the Tomes and Scrolls shop. You can find it in the southwest corner of Hogsmeade, pretty close to where you first enter the village on the road leading back to Hogwarts. Once you're inside, have a chat with the Shopkeeper.

Now, the shopkeeper has a few options for you, and they all involve buying spellcraft that lets you place potting tables with varying numbers of medium pots. Here's the breakdown:

Honestly, if you can swing it, going for the potting table with the most pots (the 3000 Galleons one) is usually the best bang for your buck, especially since there are limits on how many tables you can have in the Room of Requirement. But hey, if your Galleons are a bit low right now, grab whichever one fits your budget!
