Ride Big Boo's Merry-Go-Round

Alright, let's tackle the merry-go-round section in Big Boo's Haunt! First things first, when you start the level, head into that smaller building and take the elevator all the way down to the basement. Just follow the hallways until you find the merry-go-round. You'll see a couple of entrances; honestly, neither is better than the other, so just hop into whichever one is closest to you.

Once you're inside the merry-go-round area, you'll notice a bunch of Boo pictures plastered all over the outer wall. Most of these are just for decoration, but keep an eye out because one of them actually shoots flames! Be careful around that one. What we're really looking for is the specific picture that has Boos popping out of it.

You'll see an image here showing the picture with Boos coming out, located next to a door.

There will be a total of five regular Boos that emerge from that picture. You can actually stay in one spot and just keep Ground Pounding them as they appear. It can be a little tricky since the ground is moving, but you'll get the hang of it. After you've taken care of those five Boos, a Big Boo will make its grand entrance, popping out from behind that same picture.

This Big Boo fight is pretty much identical to the one you had during the 'Go On a Ghost Hunt' mission. Your goal is to hit the Big Boo three times to defeat it. It's not a super tough enemy – it just moves towards you. If you bump into it while it's solid, you'll take a bit of damage, so try to avoid that. Once you land those three hits, the Power Star will appear!
