100 Coins in Bianco Hills

On the open side of the big wall, defeat the nine Sanbo Heads. Push them into a wall with FLUDD to get three coins each, totaling 27 coins.

Open the three flower rings in the open area on one side of the wall by spraying them with water. Opening all flowers in a ring simultaneously spawns coins. This yields 17 coins, bringing the total to 44.

On the other side of the wall, find two more flower rings and four more Sanbo Heads. One ring and two Sanbo Heads are near trees, and the other ring and two Sanbo Heads are across the river by logs. This adds 4 Sanbo Heads (56 total) and 2 flower rings (68 total).

Collect coins from the tops of the trees. Spray the center of trees without coins to spawn one. One tree contains a Blue Coin, which does not count towards the normal coin total. Stun Seedy Pod enemies with water and jump on them. From all trees and enemies on them, collect 10 coins, bringing the total to 78.

Head to the wires where the Red Coins are located. Start from the rope near the red box. Collect approximately 9 coins from these ropes, bringing the total to 87. Grab the Rocket Nozzle here.

Find the column of lined-up ropes, which contains another 11 coins, bringing the total to 98.

Collect the final coins from the lake's surface around the tower. There are four sets of four coins each, totaling 16 coins, bringing the grand total to 114.

The Shine will spawn on top of a platform near the wall.
