This guide details how to collect all the Purple Coins in the 'Purple Coins on the Summit' mission for Freezeflame Galaxy. This mission is only available after completing the main story and a Purple Comet appears.

Walkthrough

From the start, collect 2 coins behind you and 2 in front.

Jump onto the wooden platform, then a small ice platform to collect 2 more coins.

On the larger ice platform, collect 4 coins around a Golden ? Coin. Grab the ? Coin to spawn an Ice Flower.

Collect 3 coins along the platforms to the Ice Flower spawn point.

Collect the 6 coins surrounding the Ice Flower.

Grab the Ice Flower to become Ice Mario. Backflip and spin from the water spout to grab 1 easily missed coin. You should have 20/100 coins.

To skate on water as Ice Mario, spin while walking. You'll need to return to the Ice Flower spawn point often as the Ice Mario form depletes quickly.

To the left of the Ice Flower spawn, skate across the water to a Golden ? Coin. Nearby, collect 1 coin on top of a stone structure (use a backflip or the water spout to reach it).

Quickly return to the Ice Flower spawn before your powers run out and the cold water damages you. Grab another Ice Flower and skate back to the water spout.

Jump on the water spout, then onto the taller stone pillar. Backflip and spin to grab 1 extra purple coin. This jump can be tricky.

Head back to the Ice Flower, then use your Ice powers to go southeast to the corner of the lake. Find ledges and a Sling Star.

Collect 1 coin on one of the ledges and 2 more at the top of the Sling Star jump.

Slide down the ramp and collect 2 Purple Coins. Consider picking up the extra life mushroom. You should have 27/100 coins.

Grab another Ice Flower and head northwest to the snowy platform. Collect 2 more coins from the snow-covered steps.

As Ice Mario, jump across water spouts in the cliff to reach a higher ledge.

To the right, between two water spouts, quickly grab 1 extra Purple Coin.

Hop onto the snowy ground south of the platform near some Toads. Collect 3 more coins near the ledge.

Head all the way left and collect 4 Purple Coins. Jump down a hole in the cliff nearby to grab 1 easily missed Purple Coin. Use the Sling Star to return.

Jump onto the wooden boxes near the icy see-saw platform and grab 1 more coin. You should have 53/100 coins.

At the end of the wooden box platforms, find another Ice Flower spawn. Become Ice Mario and head north to the snowy steps to pick up 2 additional coins.

Jump across the Bwomps and pick up another 3 coins.

Use a Sling Star to launch up to some water spouts, collecting 3 more Purple Coins during the flight.

On the water spouts, grab another 2 coins.

In the area where you fought a boss in 'The Frozen Peak of Baron Brrr', collect 11 Purple Coins on the platforms surrounding the tower structure.

In an alcove on the right of the structure, find 2 more coins.

Use an Ice Flower to run across the lake and wall jump up the snowy tower. Collect 2 additional Purple Coins while wall jumping.
