Tricky Triangles!

Alright, so you're going for the 'Tricky Triangles!' star in Rainbow Ride. This one's in the same general area as the 'Swingin’ in the Breeze' star, so you can either take the carpet over to those spinning platforms or just Long Jump from the start to the pole. Either way, once you get to that area, find the first seesaw and hop onto the next platform. You might have to hang out for a bit waiting for a swinging platform to line up.

This swinging platform will eventually lead you to some donut blocks. Remember, these guys disappear after a few seconds, so don't dawdle! You'll also find another seesaw here. After that, you'll reach some higher donut blocks. Keep an eye out for a flamethrower guarding the path, then continue past it. You'll need to wait for another moving platform to come around.

Once you're past that moving platform, you'll see a wooden slope with some ledges. Don't worry about those; just keep going. You'll come across two sets of donut blocks with a sloped wooden platform in between them. Jump across the donut blocks, dodge one last flamethrower, and you'll finally reach the area with the purple switch and, you guessed it, the tricky triangles!

Here's the main event: the triangles start with their points facing up. When you hit that purple switch, they'll flip over so the flat side is up. But here's the catch – you've got a timer! You need to scramble to the top before they flip back to their pointy sides, or you'll slide right off.

Quick Tip: To make things easier, try a Double Jump from the second triangle you land on and aim for the higher one. This lets you skip a bunch of the other triangles and gives you plenty of time to reach the top. The star will be waiting for you right there!
