- 1Jump into the painting at the very bottom so the water level is at its lowest.
- 2Head to the cage and break the breakable box at its bottom.
- 3This reveals a hole to enter the cage, but nothing is inside.
- 4Reach the top of the cage without raising the water level.
- 5It is possible to reach the ramp right above the bottom of the cage.
- 6Perform a Triple Jump, starting just to the right of the opening at the base of the cage, to land on the ramp.
- 7Head to the top of the ramp.
- 8Hit the purple switch located there.
- 9Use the blocks to get on top of the cage.
- 10Notice the two wooden planks sticking out of the side of the cage.
- 11Step on the wooden plank that moves when you step on it. This will move an elevator down.
- 12Quickly drop down to the ground.
- 13Enter the cage and jump onto the wooden platform (via a Side Somersault or Wall Jump).
- 14You have a limited time to do this as the wooden platform will return to the top.
- 15If you are on the platform when it returns to the top, you will be able to grab the star.

- Raising the water level will make things more complicated.
- A Triple Jump is required to reach the ramp.
- The best angle to approach the Triple Jump from is by starting just to the right of the opening at the base of the cage.
- The star is on a piece inside the cage that does not move.
- The other wooden platform will move whenever you step on it.
