Bee Mario Takes Flight

Head right up the hill to a large golden ? coin. Avoid rolling boulders. Running into the coin spawns a Bee-Mushroom near the waterfall.

Collect the Bee-Mushroom to transform into Bee Mario. Bee Mario can fly for a limited time, indicated by a small timer. Avoid water, as it removes the Bee costume. Bee Mario can also climb honey walls.

To fly, tap A/B repeatedly or hold the button to fly upwards quickly. Hold A/B to fly onto the platform by the Bee-Mushroom spawn. Landing on this platform replenishes flight power.

Fly up to the higher platform. Walk to the end of the platform and go down the hollowed-out tree trunk.

You will slide down to a Bee who mentions the Queen Bee is over the wall. Hold A/B to fly upwards quickly before your flight power runs out to clear the high wall.

Use your flight powers to fly between platforms, avoiding honey paths that slow you down. Reach the end of the platforms and use the Launch Star to reach the next area.

On the next planet, travel across large flowers. Avoid water fountains, which destroy Bee powers.

Head to a pink dandelion and press Y or shake your Right Joy-Con for a boost. This sends you flying high. Fly to the large pink flowers and make your way to the tallest one.

Hover upwards to reach the Launch Star above the tallest flower. This takes you to the Queen Bee’s Planet.

Climb up the sides of the planet by navigating honeycomb hexagons. Jump and fly around to reach new honeycomb.

At the top, spin attack the Piranha Plant to spawn a Sproutle vine. Shake your Right Joy-Con or press Y to spin up the vine.

The Queen Bee asks for help with an itch. Look for five Launch Star pieces on her abdomen. Fly to her and climb around her body to find the pieces.

Once all pieces are collected, the Queen Bee thanks you, and a Launch Star spawns behind her. Use this Launch Star to reach a new area.

The Launch Star takes you to a platform in the trees with Toads. They give you a Power Star.
