First off, you gotta find the warp pipe that's all caged up underwater. Keep an eye out for it while you're in 'The Floating Fortress'. Right near that caged pipe, you'll spot a Torpedo Ted spawner. Your mission here is to guide one of those Torpedo Teds right into the cage. Do that, and BAM! The warp pipe will be revealed.

Guide the Bullet Bills

Okay, now you're in a new area where a bunch of Bullet Bills are going to start spawning, following a set path. Your main goal is to guide at least one of these Bullet Bills along its path and then steer it up towards that caged Green Power Star. This sounds simple, but watch out! There are these 'Big Amps' circling the cage, and if they touch your Bullet Bill, it's going to explode. If things get too hairy, don't be afraid to take your Bullet Bill on a little detour around the platform.
