Walkthrough
  1. 1
After being captured and meeting Princess Ashelia, you'll team up with Vossler. Examine his gambits and skills (Souleater, Traveler, Wither, Expose).
  2. 2
Enter the Port Section. Save at the Save Crystal.
  3. 3
Avoid the lasers on the eastern and western paths south; take the middle path.
  4. 4
Head down the western path to a square room. A chest at the dead end south may contain a Partisan. Triggering it will activate a laser grid and summon Imperials.
  5. 5
Be aware of Mastiffs, Imperial guard dogs that break Battle Chains. They use Lunge and Fangs and can be stolen from for Potions, Hi-Potions, or a Sallet.
  6. 6
After defeating enemies, continue east and north to another square room.
  7. 7
In a horseshoe-shaped room east of that, a treasure urn may spawn containing a Crossbow.
  8. 8
Head south to the Large Freight Stores. Fight Imperials on the ground floor.
  9. 9
Loot the chests: a Shepherd’s Bolero in the southeast corner, a suit of Ringmail in the northeast corner.
  10. 10
Four stacked chests in the center may contain Reflectga Motes (these do not respawn).
  11. 11
Head back upstairs and exit east to the Starboard Section.
  12. 12
In the Starboard Section, head south to a room. A chest here may contain the Sleep magick (Black Magick 4). Obtaining this magick will cause a chest in a later area to disappear, but the contents will be the same.
  13. 13
Continue north into a large room with two branching hallways.
  14. 14
Take the western hallway, then north, then east (ignoring passages north), and finally south to a dead end. A chest here may contain Iron Armor.
Tips
  • Vossler's gambits are set to attack flying foes, which may be foreshadowing.
  • Lasers trigger alarms and summon guards. Alarms die down after defeating pursuers.
  • Fighting enemies provides XP and LP.
  • Reflectga Motes can be useful for bouncing spells later in the game.
  • Getting the Sleep magick early in the Starboard Section means a later treasure chest will disappear, but the reward is equivalent.
  • Partisan (possible treasure)
  • Crossbow (possible treasure)
  • Shepherd’s Bolero (possible treasure)
  • Ringmail (possible treasure)
  • Reflectga Motes (possible treasure)
  • Sleep magick (possible treasure)
