Walkthrough

    Upon arriving at Ridorana Cataract, dialogue will occur. You will then be in the Footfalls of the Past area. Follow the path upwards, passing a Save Crystal, to reach the next area. You can return to the Strahl's anchor at the eastern end to leave.

    Proceed to the Echoes of Times Garden area, which contains Deathclaws and Cassies, along with traps and chests.

    Continue up stairs to the east, pass between two pillars, turn north, and descend more stairs. Kill the Deathclaw here. Note a trap to the northwest; beyond it is a chest that may contain Cleric's Robes.

    Return up the stairs to the east, then turn north to find a chest near a pillar that may contain a Gigas Chestplate.

    Turn east and descend the central of three short staircases. Search between the central and eastern-most stairs for a chest that may yield a Gigas Hat.

    Turn west and run along the stairs to find a chest near the western-most set of stairs, which may contain a Celebrant's Miter.

    Continue to the southeastern end of the area to reach the Colosseum.

    Head south down stairs from the arena floor. At a fork, turn left (counter-clockwise) to a dead-end with rubble-blocked stairs. A chest here may contain an Ame-no-Murakumo.

    Backtrack to the fork and continue clockwise until rubble blocks your path. Head down a ramp to the southwest to another fork. Turn right (clockwise) for a chest that may contain a Greataxe. Turn left (counter-clockwise) for a chest that may hold a Holy Lance.

    Return to the arena floor and take the western tunnel. Follow the linear passage counter-clockwise, then down a ramp to the northeast. At a fork, turn right (clockwise) to another fork. A broken wall to your left (southeast) may hide a chest with a Yoichi Bow.

    Alternatively, continue clockwise from the previous fork to a dead-end with a chest that may contain Save the Queen.

    Take the northern passage from the Colosseum arena, descending stairs. Immediately after, you will reach a fork.
Tips
  • Reddas may be under-powered compared to your party members in the mid-40s. He does possess the Arise magick.
  • Deathclaws are weak to Ice. They can drop Charger Barding, which is needed for two Bazaar bundles. Obtain five suits of Charger Barding.
  • Cassies are weak to Wind. The Dragoon Monograph can be a rare drop for the Ketu Board, but poaching or stealing might be more reliable for obtaining the two needed.
  • Be mindful of traps throughout the Ridorana Cataract.
