This guide details the locations of all Sparkly Spots in Dragon Quest III and the treasures they contain.

1. Zoom to Olivia's Promontory and sail southeast into the bay to find Sparkly Spot #140 containing Copper Sword (x3), Chain Sickle (x2), and 2,180 gold.
2. Zoom to Shrine of Shackles and sail west to find Sparkly Spot #141 containing Iron Helmet (x2), Iron Mask, and Raging Bull Helm.
3. Zoom to Nordy's Grotto and fly southeast over the mountains and just south of the lake is a raised area. Search Sparkly Spot #142 for Moonwort Bulb (x2), Antidotal Herb (x2), and Seed of Stamina. On the west side of the plateau is another Secret Spot. There are four barrels here containing Leather Hat, Boxer Shorts, 347 gold, and Seed of Wisdom. Search the east side of the central rock for a Thinking Cap.
4. Zoom to Baharata and fly southwest to another plateau with Sparkly Spot #143 containing Angel Bell (x2), and Musk (x3).
5. Zoom to Alltrades Abbey and fly southeast to find Sparkly Spot #144 in a secluded area containing Seed of Strength and "The Champion's Code" (Paragon).
6. Zoom to Jipang and fly/sail west to find two tiny islands with Sparkly Spot #145, #146 containing Seed of Magic, Unsealant (x2), Yggdrasil Leaf, Medicinal Herb (x4), and Dazzle-Me-Not.
7. Northeast from Jipang are two more islands with Sparkly Spot #147, #148 containing Divine Dagger, Leather Kilt, Holy Water (x6), Top Hat, Anti-Freeze Earrings, and 3,014 gold.
8. Go north from here to find Sparkly Spot #149 on a lowered area containing 245 gold, 798 gold, and Leather Cape.
9. From Mur, fly north to find Sparkly Spot #150 on a raised area containing Antidotal Herb (x2) and Seed of Life.
10. Zoom to the Tower of Transcendence, board your ship and sail east to find Sparkly Spot #151 containing Training Togs, 641 gold, and Tough Guy Tattoo (Thug).
11. Follow the river northeast to find Sparkly Spot #152 on the west bank containing Wayfarer's Clothes, 122 gold, and Silver Tiara. There is also a Secret Spot here. Search the pot at the center of the map for Magic Water. Search the tree northeast of here for a Snooze Stick. Search a grassy area just south of the pot for a Banishing Bell.
12. Go north into the forest to find Sparkly Spot #153 containing Medicinal Herb (x3), Dazzle-Me-Not (x2).
13. Go north of the Tower of Transcendence into the forest to find Sparkly Spot #154 containing Antidotal Herb (x3), Seed of Life (x2), and Seed of Magic.
