    Open the Ultimate Key door to the north to find an Assassin's Dagger and a Tempest Shield.

    Exit the basement and go as far north as possible to reach stairs going up.

    Take the stairs to the top floor to find a jail.

    Go through the Ultimate Key door and search the sink to the right for Mini Medal #49.
