Walkthrough
- 1From the entrance of Orochi's Lair, go west and take the south path at the first intersection. Find the chest with Black Pyjamas at the end.
- 2Return to the intersection and continue west to the next intersection. Take the east path to find a chest containing Magic Water.
- 3Return to the intersection and continue southward to the next intersection. Check the southeast path for a chest containing a Light Shield.
- 4Backtrack then take the southwest path south then east to the next intersection. Take the east path to find the Friendly Monster Magmalice (Alice).
- 5Return to the intersection and go north, ignore the stairs for now, and go all the way east to find a chest containing a Mask of Implacability.
- 6Backtrack to the stairs and take them down to Basement 2.
- 7On Basement 2, head north to the intersection and take the west path to find a chest containing Mini Medal #61.
- 8Return to the intersection and take the east path. Cross the bridge and approach the multi-headed Dragon. Heal up before speaking to the Dragon.
Boss Battle: Orochi
- Orochi has 1,800 HP, 12 MP, 130 Attack, 68 Defence, and 40 Agility.
- Orochi can attack twice per round and uses physical attacks, Fire, and Flame Breath which hits all party members.
- The spell Snooze can put Orochi to sleep, but it may wake up quickly.
- Hero: Use Snooze, Attack, or Heal.
- Warrior/Martial Artist/Thief: Attack and use Medicinal Herbs for healing.
- Priest: Cast Sap on Orochi, try Snooze, focus on Healing, and Attack.
- Sage: Cast Kabuff on the party for protection, then follow Priest strategy.
- Mage: Cast Oomph on fighters, then Kabuff on the party until max buffed. May need to Defend.

Tips
- The Mask of Implacability is cursed and should not be equipped.
