Complete walkthrough for the Cyberpunk 2077 Dogtown Saints gig. Learn how to start the gig, infiltrate Anderson's Clinic, and decide whether to kill or save Nika.
Walkthrough
- 1To start the Dogtown Saints gig, progress the main story until you reach 'Getting It Together'. Mr. Hands will then ask you to complete several gigs, including Dogtown Saints. Track the gig and head west of the Luxor High Wellness Spa Fast Travel point.
- 2Upon arriving at the clinic, speak with Odell. He will task you with finding Anthony.
- 3Cross the street and approach the building from the left. Sneak up behind the person near the back of the vehicle and perform a stealth takedown.
- 4Remain crouched and approach the gate in the back left corner. Distract the guard with the camera before taking him down.
- 5In the next room, use the refrigerator to distract the guard ahead and take him down.
- 6Proceed through the doors and use the computer to disable the cameras.
- 7Equip a silenced weapon and eliminate the remaining enemies inside.
- 8Head down to the basement via the door in the back left corner.
- 9Take down a couple more enemies.
- 10Enter the first door on the left to find Nika holding Anderson at gunpoint.
- 11You will have two dialogue options: "Draw Gun, Gone too far now." or "Go help yourself".
- 12Choosing to draw your weapon will lead to killing Nika. This choice does not offer any special reward.
- 13It is recommended to choose "Go help yourself" to avoid unnecessary conflict.
- 14If you choose to help Nika, she will discover her brother is dead and start attacking Anderson. Quickly intervene by saying "Give Nika Her Brother" to stop her.
- 15Take the elevator up to the ground floor and exit the area to complete the quest.
Tips
- Using a silenced weapon is effective for clearing out enemies inside the clinic after disabling cameras.
- The choice to kill Nika has no significant reward, so saving her is the more peaceful and recommended option.
The primary reward is completing the gig and progressing Mr. Hands' objectives. There is no specific unique reward for killing or saving Nika, other than the satisfaction of your choice.
