Alright, let's get this Talent Academy Gig sorted out. First things first, you'll need to have finished 'The Damned' main mission. Once that's done, Mr. Hands will give you a call about meeting his contact. Just track the 'Talent Academy' job in your journal and head east of the Terra Cognita Fast Travel point to find the starting location.

Where to Find Fiona’s Office:

When you get there, find Mr. Hands' contact chilling outside the exhibition hall and have a chat. Then, hop in the elevator and head down to the exhibition hall. Once you're there, make your way to the bar and talk to the bartender. When they ask you something, pick the dialogue option “None of your biz.” This will cause the glass around the athlete on stage to crack, forcing them to temporarily close the bar to check things out. This is your chance! Stand up and head through the “Personnel Only” door.

Once you're inside, stay crouched and use your camera to distract the two guards. Then, open the shutter and climb through. Take down the guard inside, and then interact with the computer. Use the “Local Network” tab to open the door to the Sports Medicine Room. Head through and quickly disable the camera watching the stairs before heading down. Enter the room on your left, stay crouched, and follow the corridor around. When you enter the big room, take a right.

Should You Accept Fiona’s Offer?:

You'll see a camera above the door – disable that first. Then, clear out all the enemies in the area. Once they're dealt with, go through the Dormitory Door and turn left to find Fiona’s Office. Interact with the computer and try to grab the data. When that doesn't quite work out, Fiona herself will show up. She'll give you a choice: either do a controlled leak or leak all the data. Honestly, your choice here doesn't really change the story, but there is a reward tied to certain options, so it's more of a roleplaying decision.
