After that, you'll have a chat with Johnny. He'll make a promise and then ask for a favor. Don't stress too much about your dialogue choices here; they don't really matter until he starts talking about Rogue and Adam Smasher. That's when he'll ask to take over your body for a bit.

Eventually, you'll be presented with three options: _”OK, I’ll give you control.”_, _”Not gonna happen.”_, or _”Need to think about it.”_

Here's the crucial part: your dialogue choice here doesn't actually lock anything in. You can agree to let Johnny take control and then totally bail on it later, heading straight for [Nocturne Op55N1]. Or, you can refuse him now and then change your mind later.
