    Follow the quest marker to a door. A man will warn you about disturbing El Gallo.

    Enter, descend stairs, and go through another door to an underground chamber.

    To your left, find an Access Point (requires Intelligence 10).

    Continue forward to stairs leading down.

    Scan for El Gallo below. You can stealthily takedown or kill him with a ranged weapon.

    Once El Gallo is dealt with, take the Scandium Rods from a nearby container.

    Alternatively, you can talk to El Gallo. He will not attack initially.

    Choose dialogue options carefully:
    • Saying "You have scandium rods, right?" then "You won’t get anything fixed in that state." allows further options.

    Saying "Keep talking like that." or "My client gave me the green light to end you." provokes El Gallo.

    Saying "Nope, none at all." grants permission to take the rods.

    Using the Technical 5 option "I’ll tell you how to fix them without rods." also grants permission.
