Edgerunners New Melee Weapons

Alright, choom! Patch 1.6 dropped the Edgerunners Update, and it brought some sweet new melee toys to Night City. Alongside new Gigs, a Side Job, and that fun Roach Race arcade game, we got some fresh blades and choppas to play with. Let's dive into the new melee weapons you can get your hands on.

Here's the rundown on the new melee weapons:

• Claws — This is an Axe, and while it's a bit on the slow side, it packs a serious punch. Think of it as a close cousin to the Razor, stat-wise.
• Cut-O-Matic — This one's a Chainsword. It's loud, it's slow, but man, is it powerful. You can even rev it up for extra carnage. As the saying goes, 'The Emperor protects.'
• Neurotoxin Knife — A Knife that's low on damage but super fast and throwable. Its real strength is its ability to inflict poison and/or bleed debuffs on your enemies.
• Punknife — Another Knife, also low damage and fast, and it's throwable too. It's pretty much identical to the Neurotoxin Knife, just without the nasty status effects.
• Razor — This is a Machete, basically a heavy one-handed sword. Like the Claws, it's slow but deals good damage.

Once you've got the Edgerunners Update installed, these weapons will start showing up all over Night City. You might snag one from a defeated enemy, find one stashed away in a container, or even pick one up from a shop. They'll come in the usual rarities, but as of now, we haven't found any crafting schematics or legendary versions of these specific weapons yet.
