You can skip time or do other jobs until Judy finally hits you up. Then, you'll need to wait around some more until she calls.

When Judy finally calls, head over to her apartment. She'll fill you in on what's going on with Evelyn. Honestly, whatever you say to Judy here doesn't really change anything, so just pick the dialogue you like best. After you've chatted, help her get Evelyn back into bed. Once Judy's finished her phone call, she'll talk to you again. Again, your response doesn't seem to matter, so just go with what feels right. Then, it's time to leave her place and close the door behind you.

After a bit of time has passed, you'll find yourself on a rooftop with Judy. She's going to tell you about some recordings she found, and both the existence and the content of these recordings mean you'll need to take further action. This pretty much wraps up the Both Sides, Now quest. Its main purpose is to push Judy's storyline forward and act as a bridge from the main jobs to the real meat of these side jobs. You'll need to wait around again, both in real-time and in-game, and you'll eventually get a text from Judy about Evelyn. After that, more waiting is in store. Skip time again, and eventually, Judy will call you, kicking off the next Side Job in this chain: Ex-Factor.
