    First off, you need to get to Arroyo. Head southwest from the Longshore South Fast Travel point. Look for the Megabuilding – that's your destination.

    Once you're at the Megabuilding, hop in the elevator and ride it all the way to the top floor. When you get off, take a right and you'll see a shutter. Slip through there to bypass the two guys chilling out.

    Head through the door ahead, which leads outside. Walk up the stairs you find there. You'll spot a camera – deactivate it before you make the jump across to the walkway.

    Now, cross over to that walkway. From there, you'll need to climb down into the hideout. Be careful here, you want to take out the recruit and Lucius without them spotting you.

    Once they're dealt with, find the computer and upload the virus. After that's done, just leave the area.
