Walkthrough
- 1After the Chimera boss fight, loot the Active Chimera Core and find a path forward through a shipping crate.
- 2Proceed to the end of the shipping container, fail to open the doors, and instead open a hatch on the roof to drop down.
- 3Follow the train tracks into a train car. Attempt to call Songbird; a brain parasite will appear instead.
- 4Talk with Johnny Silverhand, then follow Meyers through the train car and into the tunnel beyond.
- 5Climb a ladder, drop down, and help Meyers push a cart.
- 6Take the right fork in the path, leading into a maintenance tunnel.
- 7Disable a camera ahead to avoid detection and potential combat later.
- 8Deal with the steam blockage to the right: backtrack, jump onto a collapsed walkway, and drop to a valve. Turn the valve to shut off the steam.
- 9Go through the now-clear tunnel to bypass a gate.
- 10Beware of another camera around the corner after the gate.
- 11Enter a control room and turn on the computer. If detected by cameras, select "Wipe recordings" to avoid combat.
- 12Loot the control room, exit through another door, and follow the objective tracker uphill to an elevator.
- 13Experience an episode with V, respond to Meyers, and ride the elevator to the apartments.
- 14In the apartment, find the generator and search for a Battery-Powered Drone to find the necessary battery.
- 15Plug the battery into the generator to restore power.
- 16Return to Meyers and share a beer. You will be interrupted by Jacob and Taylor.
- 17Decide whether to follow Meyers' advice and fight them, or attempt to talk your way out of the situation.
- 18To talk your way out, pick the following timed dialogue options: "We’ll figure somethin’ out.", "Live to see another day.", "What’s there to consider?", "Rest easy.".
- 19If you fail to de-escalate or choose violence, you will have to kill Jacob and Taylor.
- 20Loot Jacob and Taylor if you kill them, and follow Meyers' instructions to dispose of the bodies in a garbage chute.
- 21After Songbird fails to appear, Meyers will ask you to contact Reed.
- 22If Jacob and Taylor were kept alive, you can speak with them before resting.
- 23In the morning, Taylor may offer coffee. Speak with Meyers again; she will deputize you and send you on another errand.
- 24You can choose to take an oath to Meyers, which is roleplay-focused and does not impact gameplay mechanics but may provoke Johnny.
- 25Leave the apartment via the elevator. Johnny will comment on your choice regarding the oath.
- 26Upon exiting the apartment at Kress Street, you will be informed about airdrops if Jacob was kept alive.
- 27On the ground floor, you are free to explore Dogtown. Jacob may provide information about airdrops.
- 28Mr. Hands may call, providing credentials to leave Dogtown and a new vehicle, the Tanishi T400.
