First things first, you need to get to the gig location. Head Northwest of the Mallagra & Manzanita Fast Travel point. You're looking for a specific garage in Rancho Coronado.

Once you arrive, head inside the garage. You'll need to take down the enemy guarding the place. After that, get to the computer. Use it to disable the cameras – this is super important for staying stealthy. While you're at the computer, you'll also find the location of the main garage you need to get into by checking the messages.

After you've got the info, exit that room and head down the alley. Look for some crates; you'll need to use them to climb up onto the roof.

From the roof, follow the marker that pops up on your screen. This will lead you to the correct garage. Keep an eye out for the sniper up here. When they're not looking, drop down into the garage.

You'll see a turret right in front of you. Don't try to shoot it head-on. Instead, use a Quick Hack to disable it. Once that's dealt with, sneak over to the computer inside the garage. Your objective here is to install the virus.

With the virus installed, you need to make your escape. Head back up to the roof and get out of the area. Follow the marker to complete the Gig.

Tips

Stealth is your friend here. Try to disable cameras and turrets with Quick Hacks whenever possible to avoid unnecessary combat.
Pay attention to the messages on the computer early on; they give you the exact location of the main garage.
When dropping from the roof, time it right so the sniper doesn't spot you.
